  Great selection of vehicles and locations, needed a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. My rental vehicle was perfect for me and the location made it even easier. Loved the after hours drop off.

  30 years ago, Enterprise Rent-a-Car was the ONLY car rental company that allowed my new bride and I to rent a car - I had no credit history - but Enterprise allowed me to rent anyway. Since that day, Enterprise has been the very first company I go to whenever I rent a car. They haven't always had a car available, but I go there first every time. They took a chance on me 30 years ago and I have always made sure to return that favor. This rental went as smoothly as every other one. I was caught with a cancelled flight and Enterprise had a car for me. I so appreciate this company! Great job again, Enterprise! The car was great, your agents were friendly and helpful - nothing could have been better. Thank you!

  I rented a vehicle from this company for approximately two months, and overall the rental itself went smoothly. The customer service during the rental period was good, and I did not experience any mechanical issues with the vehicle while I had it. However, there was an issue at the time I initially picked up the car. The vehicle had just been returned and already had a crack on the left driver-side area. I pointed this out immediately to the customer service representative assisting me, and he told me not to worry about it because they planned to charge the previous renter. I also explained that I regularly drive on the freeway and was concerned the damage could worsen, as it was already beginning to spider. Several months later, a claim was unexpectedly submitted to my insurance regarding that same damage. While I have no problem being held responsible for damage I actually caused, this damage existed prior to my rental. When my insurance company attempted to contact the location, they were reportedly unhelpful and would not provide documentation from the initial vehicle walk-around inspection. I also had difficulty obtaining a copy of that checklist when I requested it. Because of this experience, I will not be renting from this location again. I would strongly advise future customers to take their own photos and videos of any existing damage before leaving the lot—even if staff assure you that everything is documented or “taken care of.”

  The SUV we rented was nasty! Dusty, dirty, and you could hardly see out of the windshield. The gas was not full either. My bad, I should have returned it for another one! That won't happen again!!
