no missed spots, streak-free, customer service friendly staff (shout out to Leola), easy process, helpfulness, value for money (fair pricing for services), facility upkeep (clean, well-lit, good equipment), and extras like vacuums, compressed air nozzle, microfiber rags, air fresheners
On December 29, 2025, around 5:15 PM, I went to Dash Car Wash at 1726 N Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ, and my vehicle was damaged inside the car wash.
About halfway through the wash, my car got stuck. An employee named Abraham came over and directed me out. He immediately informed me that the entire passenger side of my car was scratched, from the front of the vehicle to about halfway down the rear passenger door. He stated that a brush was broken and that the car behind me was hitting the back of my car because I was stuck.
Despite this, Abraham later blamed me, saying he reviewed the video and claimed I had put my brakes on. I filled out a damage claim and was told I would hear back from the company within 72 hours via email. As of today, January 15, 2026, I have received no email—I have checked my inbox and spam/junk folders multiple times.
While filling out the damage report, another employee, Hattie, stated that a plate on the track was out of place, which directly contradicts the explanation I was later given.
On January 5, 2026, I returned to Dash to turn in my repair estimate. I spoke with the manager, who refused to give me his name. He told me my claim would be denied because the video showed my hands on the steering wheel while entering the wash. At this point, I had been given three different reasons for the damage:
A plate out of alignment
Me allegedly braking
My hands being on the steering wheel
Still, no denial email or any communication has been sent to me.
To make matters worse, another car got stuck in the wash while I was there filling out my report. Abraham told me that customer had put their car in park.
At the time of the incident, only two employees were working. Hattie was directing cars into the wash, and Abraham was trying to take his break. There was no one actively monitoring the cameras, which is extremely concerning for a business that can cause thousands of dollars in vehicle damage.
I strongly recommend not using this car wash. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and how they treat their customers after damaging their vehicles is unacceptable.
