- PPPamelaJan 27, 20265.0Upon reading past reviews we were apprehensive to have our generator in our Wayfarer motorhome repaired here. As it worked out, with the help of Brad, the general manager, and Alvin, the service manager, they fixed a very complex problem. This was a difficult repair. They gave us an estimate before repairs began, and they stuck to that estimate despite the fact that they spent many more hours working on it than anticipated. We are very happy with the personal service we received. We highly recommend.

- JDJabe DeloachNov 4, 20251.0Since they keep asking for reviews over email I figured why not. I brought an older generator in that was given to me to have it looked at. It didn’t run and gave them a price I was willing to pay for repair. They called 1 1/2 hrs later to tell me $1000 to replace carb and fuel pump to see if it’ll start,NOPE!!! Told them I’ll be in Monday to get it. Monday service guy Andres wasn’t there and it wasn’t ready, come back tomorrow they say. Tuesday still NOT ready after showing up again. 2 days lost time at work, $210 for whatever they didn’t diagnose it. Their poor communication and lack of training competent people at their jobs is a serious problem. I still had to come back a 3rd day mind you, waste of gas and time but they were ready the following week when I was available. I should have stood by my conscience and been warned by the amount of bad reviews they have. I would advise ANYONE to seek another place to have work done. They should establish a better team…lol READ REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!
