  Sales rep was amazing! The process is not plesant and Jay Lowry fiancee gut very rude! Over phone with us then when made appt to do paperwork 11Am sat there waiting 11:50 Jay walks 4 times by dont acknowledge us when asked receptionist how much long he was walking by looked at her told her systems down did come table to speak to us we waiting another 20mins nothing we told receptionist we were going to grab lunch come back before going back we called Jay stepped out for awhile... Terrible Terrible customet service real JERK!

  Bought a travel trailer back in 2022 from a dealer in California. Was a good trailer but over paid as it was during covid and my fist time purchasing a camper. I was looking to trade in to get a toy hauler. I contacted Mesa Camping world as they advertise they will beat offer you get for your camper. I was contacted and was given a summary of an offer for my current camper. And to be honest it was a little insulting. I know that campers do not hold there value but as someone who already knew that I would be receiving an offer that would be very low to what was still owed on the camper. I was not expecting to get an outrages offer. I replied asking for some give on the trade value and the price of the new trailer only to be ignored. Extremely unprofessional and insulting. I have since reached out to Blue Compass who was more than happy to work with me and offer me well over what camping world was for my trade so I did not need to carry over so much negative equity. Blue compass also worked on the price of the new toy hauler with me and I extremely happy with the professionalism and respect they have given me. If anyone is in a similar situation I suggest contacting Blue Compass as they have proven to be more helpful and respectful than Camping world.

  Nate Janusz was my service advisor; he did a fantastic job for me!! He was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to get me extra answers for extra parts that I needed. I’ve used Camping World for years and had developed VERY LOW confidence in them however, Nate changed my view and I will be back to that location and may buy my next motorhome there. Thx Nate for your outstanding service!!! Diane did a great job also!!!

  My first and last experience at Camping World. Before I arrived I called to check if my Good Sam Roadside Service allowed me to use the free dump station and was told yes. When I came to check in and showed them my card, they said okay and that I should head around back. But before I went to the dump station, I went to buy some tank cleaner. At the register they told me that my Good Sam membership had expired (which I knew and had told them previously) and that my Roadside Service did not allow me to use the dump station. The cashier then walked away for ten minutes to confirm with his manager. In the end, after being misinformed by their employees, driving ten miles out of my way, being a paying customer, and made to wait in line for ten minutes, I asked them to make an exception and let me use the dump station this one time. They told me no and that I would have to go elsewhere. A horrible experience all around, and poor customer service. Also, while they honor their online prices, there was no discount in-store for the tank cleaner I bought. You need to ask them to apply it.

  I love how the owner only responds to the good reviews!! Do not buy here!! It was a horrible experience from beginning to end!! I got my own financing and that made them made from the beginning. I got additude from the sales manager telling me this would now work! I did not listen to them trying to bully me and got financing through my bank saving years and a monthly payment. It did not end there, let's go camping package, what a joke. I have solar added and paid $5000 including batteries that where supposed to be included. Every time I showed up " I didn't know you were coming" so this costs me endless hours, even when I showed up with a check from my bank!!! Inspection, hours and rescheduled, pick up, hours and nothing was fixed!! My oven still does not work. They gave me hook ups, but none to run off a generator I also purchased from them. I had a meeting with the GM Jim, after all was said and done, what a slap in the face!! He refunded me $80 for parts I have to buy after freezing out the middle of nowhere over night and says 'i will always make it right' I always feel like I lose a little when leaving a dealership but nothing like this!! If your gut tells you to leave, LEAVE!! And now I have people calling me wanting to sell me more plans. GET OUT OF HERE WITH THAT!! I WORK TOO HARD FOR MY MONEY. Making it right, no they did not
