I was put on hold for approximately three minutes and then I hung up because I figured they were too busy the manager Adaline called me back and asked if I called I said yes, but I hung up because I waited too long and she says to me I didn’t know two minutes was too long and then hung up on me. I’ve never met a retailer to hang up on a customer when they had a simple question, but she was extremely rude to me, and I cannot believe itso I will take my business elsewhere and I will tell as many people as I know not to shop at breaks plus for their management and the rudeness to their customers, but this is what you expect from any retailer today untrained unprofessional, and understaffed

- OFOANH FABIANODec 19, 20255.0My husband, Jerry, and I were recently in To get our Toyota forerunner looked at Anthony once again, helped us very quickly to get to the root of the multiple services that needed to be addressed, including brake pads rotors, and a fan clutch, Etc. I brought the car in late, and there was a slight misunderstanding of the timing and when I arrive back at closing time, the manager, Adaliene Bell Reassured us that our car would be done by 10 AM tomorrow and apologize for any misunderstanding and got us a Lyft ride home. We were taking care of promptly and just as promised we received a phone call by Anthony at 10 AM the next day and received our Toyota forerunner! Thanks for the excellent service! We are making this store or main store to bring all our other car in from this point on on!
