  Great service, they communicated very clearly about pricing and services. Rocky helped me out a lot with my brake pads that needed to be replaced and offered great advice on how to proceed with my vehicle repairs.

  I had a great experience from start to finish. Carlos was the only one at the front when I arrived, and he greeted everyone warmly. He was polite, efficient, and kept things running smoothly. After I dropped off my car, Alex called to explain what needed to be done and provided a very reasonable quote. He also followed up to let me know when my car was ready, and I truly appreciated that the service was completed in a timely manner. When I returned, Carlos handled the checkout quickly and professionally. I also want to recognize the entire team for working so hard—everyone there was kind, helpful, and clearly dedicated to their work. I would definitely recommend this shop to others

  We have used this location for years to maintain our cars. Huge level of trust with them, which is why we continue. Recently brought our 2015 Rogue in as it had terrible sounds in the back, like the bottom was going to fall out! Had done a bunch of testing ourselves with inside things but needed a mechanical check. They had it all day looking at everything, for no charge. They couldn't find anything BUT had replaced our rear shocks in 6/24. Before we spent heaven knows how much at an Auto Body place, they offered to replace out the rear shocks under warranty in case we had gotten a "bad set." Nothing indicated that, however. They gave us the deal where if it wasn't that, we could keep the new shocks and not pay the labor. If it was that, fantastic! They even let us take the car and test drive it throughout the next day and pay after that. Again, that trust - goes both ways, I guess! Thank heaven that was it! We stopped in and gladly paid and thanked them, again, for their efforts they made to try to uncover this mystery. Carlos and his whole team are great. We've only had one minor disagreement about a battery warranty in all these years of going there. We did resolve it to our satisfaction. I do wish warranty information was ALWAYS on invoices and not mostly verbal. That's the only thing I would change. It does say you can see warranty info at a website but it would be easier if it was just on the invoice itself - at least the main timeframe. Highly recommend......
