  My check engine light came on and I am from out of town. So I stopped in to have them read the codes so I knew what to expect on my drive home. The staff were not friendly at all. They refused to help because it was lightly sprinkling outside and they didn't want to go out while it was sprinkling. It was a poor experience overall. I don't mind doing the readers myself, but the attitude and general presentation was unprofessional.

  I am a mechanic shop owner based in Colorado. I called this commercial desk at 2:25 pm today in hopes the man behind the commercial desk could help me order parts for a family member who was in need of the parts. I wanted to help all that I could by buying her the parts at the autozone near her. Instead of getting help I was told that the commercial desk was closed to me and that they were not going to help me until tomorrow! Having family who works at autozone I know damn well this is not how their commercial desks should be handling any client. I hope this reaches who it needs to. This needs to be corrected. I will NEVER take my business to this autozone ever again and I’m from a whole other state… ALL AUTOZONE PRO CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS DESK IF YOU ARE OUT OF TOWN HELPING THOSE WHO NEED IT!! I would suggest choosing a different location if possible!

  Lazy employes! I called two hours to verify part was there from another store before travelling across town to this location. Then I waited an hour for both employes to apologize it's in the store but they can't find it and gave up their look for it. Then someone ran out the store with arm full of items.The employee said well she can't do anything about that either! Horrible customer service! She did offer me 10% off of the item at another store that was across town in the direction of the store in which I just came from but past it by another 6 mile! Excuses excuses excuses describes the customer service!

  I went to the AutoZone right on Dobson road by MCC. The cashier's name is maricella V. She was absolutely atrocious rude and she like yelled at me twice. She listened to nothing. I said when I told her what I was looking for and kept yelling at me that I was looking for the wrong thing. I go to this AutoZone not because it's the closest to my house because they provide the best customer service and the prices are really good. If she's going to be the main cashier there, I don't know if I can ever go to this place again. I don't like being screamed at when I'm trying to give your business money! I was so appalled I ended up going to O'Reilly's which I hate shopping there.
