Very rude and condescending You can hear him being very rude to an employee I hope he's not the store manager, as he shouldn't be in a manager role if that's how he treats people.

I came in super frustrated because I took my car in to a local auto shop to have them help me replace my headlights, my vehicle requires the bumper to be removed is what they told me. Long story short they wanted to charge me $200 to replace them. I decided to stop by Autozone to buy the bulbs. The employee working took her time and literally just popped off the wheel wells and replaced both of them! Huge blessing to me! So please commend Aire for listening, being patient, honest, and helpful!
