Just because I went a few minutes ago to return an item and the man there refused to help me and was rude just because I didn't have a physical receipt but had a photo, so I had to go to another Autozone location where they were able to help me with the photo i had

Justin Robinson went above and beyond what anyone else has done to help us. We had an ugly battery that was corroded, bulging and I think stripped. He was very pleasant and professional while replacing it. What a piece of mind we had driving out of the parking lot. Thank you so much Justin!

I normally don’t do bad reviews, but this one really got to me. Terrible service from the so-called “parts expert,” Justin Robinson.

I left feeling completely unimportant as a customer. I’ll never return to this AutoZone. I should have gone to O’Reilly’s in the first place, and from now on, that’s where I’ll be going. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
If I could give negative I would
