    I went to this store not knowing what happened to my tail light that it’s not turning on. “Chris” one of the store associate who helped me is very knowledgeable and offered help on what is the problem. His customer service is absolutely above and beyond. If any one happened to be going to this branch of AutoZone kindly look for him for his services is really excellent. He managed to find out what is the problem of my tail light and what I need to buy. From then on I always go to this branch to buy whatever I need to my car. Thank you Chris for the great service you do to my car and to others. You’re absolutely one of the best associate AutoZone has. Kudos to you and keep up the great service.

    I needed some clips for my car. One representative tried to help but couldn’t find the correct ones for my vehicle. Another representative, Roberto, suggested trying clips for a a different car to see if they would fit. And it turned out to be the right size and fit perfectly. Thanks to him, I got exactly what I needed. I’m giving 4 stars because the first representative was unable to offer this solution.

    My girlfriend and I came in for a bad battery and David M went above and beyond with his customer service. As someone who has been in the industry for 20 years David went above and beyond with helping us. He was well mannered, professional and provided humor as well during a stressful situation. Thank you David for an amazing job.

    To AutoZone Corporate, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a highly unprofessional and unacceptable customer service experience I had at your AutoZone location at 746 N Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ 85201. The manager on duty, Justin H, demonstrated behavior that was completely inappropriate for someone in a leadership position. I visited this location to return a coolant thermostat for a 2020 Chevy Blazer RS. I had originally paid for the item using a combination of payment methods, including a $6 remaining balance on an AutoZone gift card. When attempting to process my return, Justin informed me that because the store “only had merchandise credit cards and no gift cards,” I would need to go to another AutoZone location to receive my full refund. This was a clear inconvenience caused entirely by the store’s lack of gift cards, not anything I did wrong. As I was walking away, Justin then stated that it was my fault for not having my receipt with me. When I turned back to confirm what he said, he repeated it, making it clear he intended to blame me rather than assist me. His demeanor, tone, body language, and attitude were disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I asked for his name so I could file a complaint, he responded with sarcasm and told me to “make sure you spell it correctly.” He concluded the interaction by telling me, “you know where the parking lot is,” further showing a lack of professionalism and respect. I was forced to leave the store and drive to another AutoZone location solely because this store did not have the proper materials to process a simple refund. If cameras at the store are reviewed, this interaction will show how inappropriate and unprofessional his conduct was. I am requesting that this complaint be taken seriously, that the incident be formally reviewed, and that appropriate corrective action be taken. No customer should be treated this way, especially over something as simple as a refund process. Thank you, Troy

    So it gives me great pleasure to write this review. In the world where Customerservice is a foreign concept, I run into Mike. I am flustered. I am stressed and I’m trying to get a situation handled with my car battery. He goes up and beyond to assist me in this situation. You cannot find that kind of help this day and age. What a blessing. I have to sing the praises of anyone who will take the time to assist the customer the way that he assisted me. Y’all need to give this man a raise, and whatever else you do to recognize that kind of Expertise and quality. Mike is a bomb..com
