After last night I will be back to using them and would rate them more than 5 star if it was an option! Last night I had to get a new battery for my car. My previous two were purchased at a 'big box store ' and both within the past 5 years. I decided to return to Auto Zone this time even if I would receive a partial credit for my warranty if I went back to where I purchased it. I am glad that I did! They were so helpful and installed it for me for no extra charge. I also asked about a headlight that was out and they checked it and found it was just a loose wire. They are friendly and have excellent customer service! I am grateful for the help that I received and will definitely return when I need anything else for my car.
