This is for Auto Zone employee Ross who appeared to have the best customer service. Not only did Ross help. He also encouraged me to learn how to replace my windshield wiper. Thanks to Ross I will never have to ask anybody to replace my wipers. Excellent service and good attitude.

I had an awesome experience at AutoZone! Ross went above and beyond to help us change our wiper blades — and didn’t just do it for us, he actually took the time to teach us how to do it ourselves. That kind of service is rare these days.
He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. We left not only with new wiper blades but with the confidence to handle it on our own next time. Outstanding customer service. Thanks again, Ross!

It was about a week ago this Monday I had went in to get some oil for my car I looks to 5qts their was none. So I got 1qt. The person who was helping went to the back to see if you were in stock you weren’t,He telling that another auto Zone had it up the road. I’m here etc.etc. Anyway I bought it n as I was leaving Ross asked how I was doing. I was in the day b4. Now Ross not only did he assist he showed me what it said about the oil if 5qt oil container was unavailable. So I returned the 1 got 5 qts an oil filter & everything was at a discounted rate that saved me more than 15 dollars … He is an asset to your establishment…

My experience at this auto zone has always been super frustrating. The worker who helped me today wasn’t very kind and would not listen to me. I asked him to look up parts for a coolant cap. I told him it’s probably a special part it is not a standard version. He continued to lead me over to the standard caps, ignoring my request to look up part, and kept showing me options even though i told him this is a special part that I needed him to look up. Just blatantly ignored my request. So I told him, “this is why I asked you to look it up” He was incredibly slow and confused the whole time. Finally got him to look it up. Part isn’t carried anywhere in the valley and is special order only. So we wasted several minutes looking at parts that don’t fit my car when we could’ve looked it up and seen in 30 seconds you didn’t have what I needed.
I went to several other stores prior to this and staff was respectful and assistant at every other location. Why is this location different? Why do we not listen and why aren’t we trying to help people? This store had customers walking into the back parts area several times during my visit. Wait times were ridiculously long. No wonder your customers are going in the back area.
Went across the street to orielly and they had several versions of the part I needed on hand for half the price of auto zone. Staff there treated me good. I will never come back to this store. Your customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Several of the customers today I also saw at oriellys. Plenty of unhappy customers going to your competitors because of your staff’s behavior and lack of attention.
