  Just had a great experience Sean at this location. Although he was on his way out at the end of his shift, he stopped and helped me with a battery test and, after confirming mine was dead as I suspected, set me up with a new battery and installed it for me no charge. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Exceeded expectations. Thanks Sean!

  Stopped by to get a new battery for my daughters car. I worked with Sean, one of the associates, to get the correct battery. He was able to install it and check my alternator quickly and efficiently. I will always get my batteries from AutoZone.

  Tuesday night I purchased wiper blades that I was informed that would work. The importance was my daughter was visiting me and I only had minimal time to get the bladeds, return home and replace. The current blades were very bad and dangerous. When I arrived home the blades didn't work. As you could imagine I was upset for sure. I had to go back, but now my daughter had to leave and she could not wait, she was going off to urgent care. Anyhow I came back pretty upset. I told the young lady the blades didn't work and not all sizes and brands work. She needed to be more specific. At that point her manager or collegue came out to her defense because he saw that I was upset. A pretty big dude to say the least. He helped explain the mistake and really calmed me down because I was salty for sure. He even put the wiper blades together for me. I want to apologize to both Auto Zone staff members for being upset, I was worried for my daugthers safety and I let that get the best of me. Thanks for making it work out.

  Autozone is a great go-to Auto parts Store for the Rookie vehicle owner or for the well trained professional Mechanic. Whether just shopping for accessories, pre-ordering replacements parts or walking in to pick up and buy at the Counter - this location is a well managed Autozone. Recommend checking Autozone for parts that have lifetime warranty like Brake Pads, when worn out they will be replaced for free. The busy Staff were available and helpful on my visit for Spark plugs, even going outside to consult directly on Customer's Vehicles. A solid Autozone Staff member, with obvious Management skill, a mechanic mindset and xlnt Customer Service was Sean Ryan. Sean had a helpful and friendly disposition, was pleasantly answering questions from multiple Customers and keenly knew what he was speaking about. As a longtime Autozone customer from CA & CO stores, Sean is the type of employee who can take charge, and provide targeted guidance to the Rookie or Veteran vehicle owner. In the retail autoparts consumer marketplace, Autozone is a great source of OEM parts, and quality brands, at good prices.
