He tested my Duralast Gold battery and told me it was low on a charge and since it was close to the expiration date if I figured out how to remove it from under my trunk or seat he would see about replacing it for me under the warranty. I used You Tube and figured it out. When I got to the store I was struggling to carry it in because it was so heavy so he ran to get the door for me, then took it off my hands, replaced it with no charge and brought it back to my car. I work two jobs and drive very long distances and I am struggling financially right now, so this act of kindness on so many levels really meant the world to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ramon, if there is an employee of the month, you should get that award for sure! :)

I can’t thank you guys enough!!

I googled the next location closes to me which was this the Crimson location and honestly, it ended up being the best thing that could’ve happened! I had the pleasure of being helped by Beth and she was incredible from start to finish. Not only did she confidently diagnose the issue and replaced my battery but she also took the time to walk me through the entire process step-by-step. She gave helpful recommendations on tools and safety tips to make sure I was set up for success moving forward. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about what they do and the people they help, but Beth absolutely does. Thank you, Beth, for going above and beyond… You turned a stressful situation into an amazing experience! Highly recommend this location because of her!
