  This is my 3rd time coming to this shop I’ve just officially made them my routine maintenance spot on my vehicles. The guys are always super nice & communicative. I’ve never had an issue with any of the work they’ve done for my vehicles. I like the area the shops located in because sometimes I have to wait around so it’s nice to shop at the near by stores to pass time. Overall would recommend them

  I brought my truck in to get the AC fixed. they put the wrong part in that made my AC drain my battery and make my Engine Google+ team Module go belly up. My car has been in the shop because of them for 2 weeks after they "fixed" my AC. They asked for an email but no response. They messedbup my car with nearly $2000 in repairs and won't even respond.

  I had my breaks done here about a year ago and had a great experience with reasonable prices. Today, I had an issue with my car close to their shop, and pulled up. When I explained the situation, they ran out to help me and my kids. They were so kind and didn’t hesitate to help!

  This is disappointing to have to write this review as I used to love coming here. Over the last year I’ve been coming to this location and trusting the people of this company with my vehicle. Recently I discovered that there was an issue with my oil pan that was caused by over tightening. After inspecting they determined the oil pan needed to be replaced but asked me to pay for it. After months of not receiving any communication from a store or regional manager about getting this replaced, I finally got in contact with the store manager who told me that a tech who “no longer works at this location” told him before he started working there that they had found a Walmart sticker in my window and said that because of this they were going to have to have me pay for either parts or labor for the process. Mind you I’ve never been to Walmart in my life for any type of auto repair, I had no idea Walmart even offered these services. I then ask them to have their regional manager reach out to me and still have not heard from him. Completely awful customer service experience. It took way too long to get in contact with any type of manager to help me, and my cars been leaking oil for the last 2 months. Long story short don’t go here unless you want them to mess up your car , blame you , and make you pay for the repairs. Lesson learned!!

  These guys helped me out so much!! 10/10 ⭐️ I was purchasing a pre-owned Toyota Camry but just needed some TLC between the actual purchase of the car , maintenence, registration/ insurance etc. I was running low of funds and patience because of the stresses that come with buying vehicles. The manger and crew helped me with a deal for the brakes so I could continue being safe on the road and elevate some stress that I was facing financially as a student!! Thank you Brakes Plus for caring about your community ⭐️🚘
