- ADAndrew DApr 13, 20261.0Arrived at 7:30, 30 minutes after their hours online and on their door. They were not only closed, but there were multiple employees hanging out outside. I'm not sure if they were locked out or just choosing not to do their jobs, but multiple customers waited outside for them to stop hanging out and unlock the doors. Would have at least been a better look without the 3 employees loitering outside, also seemingly confused on why they weren't open yet. Some feedback. An employee standing at the door explaining to the customers walking up WHY you guys are standing in the parking lot with the doors locked instead of watching and snickering as multiple customers go and try and pull a locked door would have gone a long way. District Management needs to stop by this place and see why it's customer service is amateur hour. O'rileys down the street can unlock their doors on time.

He has extensive knowledge about hybrid systems and took the time to walk me through my options. He even explained that if I purchase the exact OEM part from BMW, it could be installed at a much lower cost, which I really appreciated. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely focused on helping me make an informed decision. Excellent customer service and an amazing asset to the company!!!
