  I came to AutoZone this morning with some issues regarding my air condition and I was met by the very patient and kind Edwin. He came to help me find out which relay was causing some issues with my car so that I could buy the appropriate one. It was a bit of a struggle to get the hub where the relays are offthe hood cover, and he was so very patient and he went up and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it. Give this man a raise …he’s wonderful and he knows what he’s talking about. I respect his knowledge in the field. Thank you.

  Stopped by early this morning to purchase new batteries for my key fob. I needed assistance finding the correct battery and Ricardo not only looked up the correct battery, he replaced them for me!! In both of my key fobs!! I was not expecting that at all!! He was kind, he was efficient , and went above and beyond!! Thank-you!!!!!
