- BMBrian MatthewMar 13, 20265.0I gave a 5 star because I went from having the worst experience at autohaus of north Scottsdale with horrible communication, keeping my car for weeks and weeks, not getting callbacks when promised, and them breaking stuff. Bimmer works was an excellent experience! James is a good dude and knowledgeable. They got me in in a matter of just a few days and they finished a valve cover replacement same day. The price was competitive although as we all know anything with bmw is expensive. I had such a great experience that I was going to go ahead and get my brake pads and sensors changed at the same time but since I can do those so easily and quickly myself I couldn’t justify paying for those since it was pricey compared to the $40 for pads and $34 for sensors I got online. But I understand they are a business that have employees to pay and to make profit so it is what it is on that. I do look forward to continuing to use this shop for those repairs that I don’t want to or can’t tackle myself with my two BMW’s. Thanks for the great experience James!
