- HKHoward KinselDec 29, 20255.0This place, never fails to disappoint. The store is always clean. The manager is very efficient, in Pete stands out above all the rest. I love to go in and get myself some brisket in the morning. The food is always Fresh, and they are always cleaning me grill. I got to witness an employee assist a customer, who had a seizure. He handled the situation flawlessly, until the arrival of an EMT. I think QT should recognize him for going above and beyond. they also never cheated me out of a dollar like that lady who was complaining Here. I will give her her dollar.

At least put one of the old machines back in so customers can get something. Multiple stores with the same issue.

It was clearly made carelessly, and the woman preparing it looked angry the entire time. For what I paid, I expected better, it would’ve taken her 30 seconds to spread the toppings out. The whole thing just felt lazy and rushed. I hope she has a better day next time and doesn’t take it out on the customers. :[
