I check the dipstick and there is no oil so I look under the car and it completely drained all on my garage!! They did not do it right. I paid $120 for an oil change on my VW Tiguan just for it to be all over my garage now and have to go elsewhere to get the job done right.

I gave 4 stars because I was told they would put air in my tires to get my psi light off. Not a big deal, as I’m doing it now at my house. It’s the principle that they gave me their word and somewhere between the person that told me and the technician doing the work, there was a breakdown of communication. It was only off by 2 psi so it’s done now. As for the price, I’m not sure it was fair…$126.00 for 6.2qts of synthetic, but we are in Maricopa. The oil shop by my work charges $68, so that is what kinda threw me off.

Glad the district manger made me go wait for him for some reason at the store and just no showed. Pretty indicative of the entire experience 2x150x12=3,600x10 ≈ 36,000 lost over a 75$ cover. Excellent business choice.
