However as a man I wanted to speak to him. Well I went back to speak to him and was called by the area manager saying if you go back there that the police will be called as he is scared. Hmmm so he is scared of a man confronting him but not scared of the multiple women on this site complaining about Patrick. So now I am a threat and not even allowed to be a customer as I am a customer but not any more. I did ask the area manager that since he has had multiple complaints but is still allowed to represent their organization and to me that says volumes about the organization. I work in the corrections field and my job would be in jeopardy if I tried to do anything to that man accept talk. Buttttt he was scared. Don’t send your women to the Maricopa AZ location. Because Patrick is still there in the shadows. Hmmmm I guess corporate America still promotes the inept……
- KGKimberly GipsonJan 1, 20261.0I went to Jiffy Lube on Friday the January 1st in the afternoon. to get a help with an oil link and Unfortunately, the manager, Patrick, was extremely rude I have never seen anybody in his position so disrespectful. Not only is he rude to customers he rude to his team and that's ridiculous. I recently had an oil change and for someone reason oil was leaking. I was too scared to drive back to where the service was rendered. So I came to jiffy lube as I have used them for years. He was so dismissive when I tried to explain the issue and cut me off in mid conversation. I sat there 45 minutes and no service was done. He went from 135.00-215.00 for an oil change. I stated that I had just had the oil change 3 days ago. Can you catch the oil and replace the plug? His answer was I can back it out and you can have it towed away. I said why would I have it towed and I drove it here no answer he walked out. Went out the back door and never came back. After 35 minutes he sent a co worker in to tell me to pretty much pay what he’s asking for or leave. So as I m approaching seeking other options to not pay that much his refusal to acknowledge the questions and talking to a co worker about the situations was just rude. I asked him what was wrong with him he was complaining how there never open on new year and he was extremely angry. Still not working with me for a safe option even after I expressed my concern to travel back to casa grande with an oil leak. He refused to help me. Then I told him professionally just how rude he was and how unsafe his temper made me feel. I didn’t trust that he wouldn’t do something to my vehicle out of anger. I walked away and a co worker opened the door and say to me thank you. That was even more heartbreaking because that let me know that he’s mistreating those guys and I want to know how many reviews and complaints do you need to do something. If you don’t do something then Your placing your customers and employees in an unsafe environment of mental and emotional abuse. It’s an hostile work environment. It’s actually heartbreaking to see. The other two young men were gracious and willing to help me and he kept telling them no and not to.

Also, under my car, the plastic engine cover was lose due to driving over a tire in the middle of the highway and they fixed that for me without even asking for it. The staff are great. I don’t care personally for people smiling and talking about the weather, but I care for actions that can speak louder than words, just like this action above. I am very pleased with their service and that’s why I always go back there. They also, filled the tires with air, and wash fluid. Thank you guys for the good work
