  I went for a battery for my wife and was told car and told they can sale me the battery but not not be install it because they where the only manger there and was told it would be a 45 minute wait before they can do it while there where just playing on the phone i waited for about 25 minutes and another guy came in and i asked if he can help me and his reply was are u commercial its crazy. So i went to firestone and was told that that they can do it so i got it done turns out they got the battery from autozone so i paid an up charge of $77.62 just because they wanted to play on their phone when i finished getting battery done i walked back to autozone to ask for the store manger and told he was busy helping a customer so i waited for approximately 15 minutes so i walked out to see if i could talk to him out side and the dude was just sitting out side smoking the whole time ...

  Tried to return a refillable lighter that I bought for 3.99 it would not hold fluid it just squirted out, showed the MANAGER (OSCOR )a video of it squirting out everywhere he was extremely RUDE and very unprofessional calling me a liar said I must of put the wrong fluid in it and he would not return it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO O’Reillys instead Or the other AutoZone by Walmart.

  Want to leave a review for this location. We went in to see if I needed a battery for my granddaughter car, and DLo the technician helped us he was very helpful, he noticed the car had a loose part which was not making contact and he tightened the part he told us car didn't need a battery. He was very nice, friendly and very helpful we will definitely go back. I highly recommend this location.

  It was great. I needed a battery to be checked out.I tested the battery.The battery was no good, the staff helped me find the correct battery I was willing to loan me tools to get the old one out.Appreciate their help.

  Kaay was incredibly helpful to me. Long story short my car was smoking and dinging wildly. The store had the part that I needed and Kaay went above and beyond to diagnose and cure the problem. New customer for life!
