I ended up prepaying for the filters and was told that the Friday after Thanksgiving to more of the filters would be there. No big deal. I get there Friday and sure enough two more of the filters had arrived. I was then told that the following Monday another filter would show up and lastly that Wednesday the final filter would show up. I show up that following Tuesday and I get the filter. I also show up Wednesday and there's no filter. I show up again the following couple days and there's still no filter and no eta. They told me to give it a couple days and check back. So I did. Fast forward even more days and there's still nothing. I get a little tied up with work because some of us out there have a personal life and check back in yesterday 12-11-25 and not only is there no trace of any of these filters but somewhere along the lines I misplaced my receipt and I can't find it and they don't have any track of me prepaying for any filters or any record of me ordering filters despite it going on my phone number and my account. Now I'm screwed having prepaid for a filter that they apparently have no record of and me misplacing my receipt. I will say that initially there was a guy that was helping me that nailed it out of the park. I forgot his name. In any case the gal that helped me last night didn't really seem to care and just kind of shrugged her shoulders off like she didn't care. I mean if AutoZone takes care of this issue I will happily return as I have for the last 30 years. If not, this will and definitely be the last time I'm ever there.

I was able to pay at that same location and picked up the 2nd set of speakers at the other location. It was simple to get in and get out.
