  I went last week on a Wednesday night right before they were gonna close I been going to misters for a couple years well the machine messed up I was stuck and car started kinda bouncing it startled me and my daughter I live over a hour away too I’m not real familiar w this side but anyways I pull out and my front bumper is off on one side and my front left tire is completely flat I then have to get some one and then I’m told it’s my fault I was stranded and the key holder was rude to me and basically then blamed big o tires cause the wash ripped valve off completely and now it’s there fault not misters and after a kind at first customer tried to help since dude couldn’t touch my car as he stated to me 3 horrendous hours later it’s about 11 the customer put my spare on I was then told the claim won’t even go threw so if I still even wanted to do it I said hell ya I do my main thing was getting home being a female w just my daughter and basically being treated like poop it was bad so I was told the claim was sent to my email well guess what nothing If I didn’t live in vail and didn’t have my grandson I would be down there all valves on my cars front tire are only one size so dyde lied this was unacceptable treatment no one should be treated or spoke to the way that I was. I dropped my son off Wednesday so I will be going down there. I’m gonna go down to the corporate office. This is ridiculous. It was just a nightmare. I’ve never going to Mr. again I’m done going to the car washes. I used to love Mr. but you know what after that I am traumatized and so is my daughter so that being said don’t do it it’s not worth it and then they’ll mess up your car and tell you it’s your fault don’t even take accountability for what their car wash did. I would like somebody to reach out to me. If not, I’m gonna be filing charges.

  Great facility. Drove from Florida to Arizona and had 2000 miles worth of bug guts caked to my truck. This car wash was able to remove almost all of it. It was an easy process and will continue to use this company.

  I paid for the titanium wash and am re-cleaning my truck, which was not that dirty to begin with, at the vacuum station. By the way, this is what the tire shine looks like. It obviously was not touched with anything shine. If you’re going to wash your car here, suggest the lowest level and then finish cleaning it yourself just like I’m doing.

  This is one of my favorite Mister locations. The staff is always very friendly and ready to greet/help. It is a very clean facility and makes the whole process really easy.
