On multiple visits, not a single restroom stall has been in working condition, which is surprising for a store that typically prides itself on convenience and cleanliness. Restrooms are a basic necessity, and the fact that this issue has continued for days is unacceptable. Something this essential should have been fixed on the first day, especially considering that emergency maintenance services exist specifically to handle same-day repairs. There’s simply no excuse for letting the problem linger. Each visit results in the same frustration: locked stalls, out-of-order signs, and a sense that the issue is being ignored rather than addressed. When a store cannot maintain even fundamental facilities, it casts doubt on the overall management and care being put into the location. Cleanliness, customer comfort, and operational standards all feel compromised. QT usually carries a strong reputation for reliability, but this particular location is not living up to that standard. Until management prioritizes fixing the restroom situation and maintaining a basic level of service, this establishment will no longer be part of my routine. There are plenty of other options that respect customer needs.

- BJBrio JSep 6, 20251.0It's like walking into No personality, there's a robot and washing the floor and it's like how many people can the cashiers check out at once where they don't provide any personalized customer service, except a fake greeting when you walk in and a programmed greeting or when you leave. I get it. It deters theft, but you can do the same with a little bit of personality. And I did have a problem with one of the cashiers, and I requested to speak with the district manager after I was totally humiliated, but I guess my humiliation wasn't important enough to have anyone call me back. So that just well, let's the cashiers who are rude. Know that there are no repercussions for being rude to their customers.
