  I had a dead battery at the Frys next door. I spoke with Cody at this store and he was terrific. I bought a new battery and he installed it for me. Can not say enough good things about this store, especially Cody. He went far beyond good customer service. I highly recommend. Thank you so much.

  Eric was a rockstar! I came in with a dead battery and he quickly replaced it for me. I was back in business in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend the Auto Zone on Tangerine.

  Maria, Christian, Eric, Kelly, and Edward were most helpful with getting me the tools, kits and assistance for me do the timing chains of 2 Hondas, an Accord and CRV recently. Store is never too crowded. Always helpful. Saved a ton doing it. Thanks!

  Last night I was inside the AutoZone at Tangerine Crossing (Store #05053) in Marana while handling a commercial transaction for Lawless Mobile Auto Service. We were returning a brake caliper core and purchasing a replacement caliper under our commercial account. The store does not routinely handle a high volume of commercial transactions, and there were some challenges navigating the system, particularly with processing the commercial purchase, applying the core return, and generating a correct receipt when the system wasn’t recognizing the transaction properly. Eric stepped in and handled the situation exceptionally well. Despite working through a process he wasn’t fully familiar with and dealing with system limitations, Eric stayed engaged the entire time. He made repeated efforts, explored multiple options, and ultimately succeeded in completing the purchase and properly crediting the core return. The process took time, but at no point did he show frustration, impatience, or negative attitude. Eric remained calm, professional, polite, and committed to seeing the job through until it was done correctly. His persistence and customer-first attitude turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one.
