  I recently visited the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company location on Litchfield Park and had an excellent experience with Dallas, the customer advisor. I initially showed up at the wrong location and was confused about my appointment, but Dallas was incredibly understanding and helpful. Even though I didn't have an appointment at that location, he took charge and ensured that my old tires were removed and the new ones were installed promptly. His professionalism and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service and highly recommend Dallas and the team!

  They took 5 hours to do a 4 tire replacement job. (They blamed it on a “abnormally busy day) however they didn’t call me when it was done. Also they failed to return my security lug nut socket. However, they did throw on the best of the old tires onto my full sized spare for no extra cost. Only 3 stars for not calling me when it was done and late.

  This is a location for the Lyft Fleet to have service done in the West Valley. They have taken care of me twice. Once was an extended wait due to the volume of business, they receive which speaks highly of their team and the other time they fit me right in. I was out in 3o. Thank you guys! Doing rideshare, you never know what is going to happen. I appreciate having a dependable location in my area that is also courteous and always professional!
