Dusty, the mechanic was knowledgeable, friendly, and did great work on my vehicle. He respected my car by putting down scratch shields. He also helped put in new clips to my under carriage. I spoke with him after and he’s just a good guy. David, the store manager is no stranger to knowing how to run a shop. He followed through with a mistake I made and he made it right although it was my mistake. Bottom line, if you don’t like getting gouged On pricing, want to get service work done and drive away feeling like you received top shelf work, then Brakes Plus on Indian School Rd in litchfield park is the place to go. - BJBruce JensenOct 26, 20255.0Needed rear caliper bolts broken loose (very tight OEM, with little space for leverage - so just needed someone with a lift) on my wife's '23 BMW X5. Took it to the Indian School and Jackrabbit Brakes Plus, as I'd spoken with James (Service Advisor) and he told me they'd do that for me. Brought it in, they got right on it, broke those bolts loose (re-tightened hand tight for drive home), and I was out of there in 15min. They didn't charge me anything, even though I offered. Pretty great considering the fact that I do my own work, and really am not even a potential customer. So, I really appreciate that as it points to honesty and willingness to help even without any particular payoff. So, for this reason, I'd assume that this is a good, honest shop/advisor. Five stars!
