  We were on a long road trip and our window got stuck in the down position. Luckily we found Brakes Plus and they took great care of us. Big thanks to Rose and James for fixing our car so quickly and getting us back on the road. Highly recommend!!

  David and the crew took very good care of us. We thought we had a severe brake problem, but after inspection they let us know that all was in good shape. David told me that it was probably dirt that made the brakes make the sound we were hearing. Driving home I did not hear the sound anymore. James was at the front desk when I picked the car up and said that there was no charge. I appreciate the honesty and integrity they displayed. I will be a loyal customer going forward.

  Rose greeted my daughter by name and she knows so much about cats. Thank you Rose, and the incredible mechanics at Brakes Plus. They fixed up my daughter’s car and put a battery in my other daughter’s car on the same day. So grateful!!

  Company is always very friendly and transparent with their work. I take my car here all the time and never have any issues. Rose is always so nice and pleasant to do business with I highly recommend. Car gets serviced very quick too. 10/10!

  Usually this place is very good and friendly However today (Friday) was a bad experience took car in for oil change Tuesday morning they found other maintenance that needed attention control arms replaced I explained your location did that already just over a year ago they looked up said it’s under warranty i said great i called Wednesday morning spoke with Dave Store manager on the phone we agreed for Friday because fully staffed. I Mentioned what needed done to order control arms ahead of time he stated let’s inspect car 1st I said they already did that’s why Im scheduling appointment took car in at 8 am today Rose stated it will be a cppl hours they need to get parts well it was about 4:30 pm i called asking what up with my car she stated the parts didnt arrive till after 2 pm and they now are wait for lift available for alignment. Well rose kept saying Im sorry it’s not our fault like 5 times i said I guess it’s my fault for let you do the job and mentioned Gruelichs is across the street. Made adjustments on alignment price however after she charged me she printed Receipt I was upset and left. Review receipt noticed additional charge $29.87 fluid/ supply charge well none of that was used what a total rip off never going there again they charged for labor again they should have covered also which they get reimbursement from parts authority on a labor claim I worked auto parts for 37 years I’ve dealt with all chain accounts.. horribly upset
