    Great people and great service! My 1st time here and will definitely be back. They were patient with my scheduling and questions. Im getting brakes and fluid replaced. Great plus is prices are posted so you know you’re getting a fair price.

    It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The price was lower than other shops. I was even given a coupon discount I wasn't aware. The staff is very kind and helpful. I plan to schedule other services at this site.

    I went to a commercial brake shop for the first time so my car could be taken care of they changed all 4 rotors and brake pads I paid around 1200, when I left my lug nuts where not tightened, I figured this out on my own, after I had drove in the rain hearing a loud clunking noise, I called and let them know my situation and they confirmed the lug nuts were not tightened because it had said that on my cars report, when I came back a different day to speak with Henry the manger of this store he came at me with hostility, even though he was treating the customer in front of me with a smile, I asked him if we could talk outside and he quite rudely said “we can talk here” pointing his fingers down as if I did something wrong . I had said this so his customer wouldn’t hear what had happened, he was already aware of the situation since I had called on his day off. Once I let him know my situation and how I drove in the rain he didn’t believe me, regardless of his paperwork saying they never tightened my lug nuts. I was nothing but calm with this guy and he seemed so unhappy with his job, but what did I do to deserve such treatment. Anyone else that maybe has experience this would be furious, instead it was like he was furious at me, I left and took my business to the location of 75th with Hector he took care of me even though he did no work on my car prior to me arriving, he understood my situation and went the extra mile to make sure I was stress free. I was obviously very irritated with this location and will not be back, go to Hector on 75th please he is so much better than the unprofessionalism of Henry. Me as the customer I did nothing wrong and it’s his job as a store manger to ensure everything is done right, and if mistakes happen make sure you do your upmost best to take care of the customer. Now he has a bad review because of his bad attitude with the problem that his employees gave me. LUG NUTS NOT BEING TIGHTEN IS PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER. Something so simple and he seemed to not care.
