He immediately shook his head and said, "Without the year, make, and model, I can't help you." I know that we could have narrowed it down within two or possibly three tries, but he wasn't at all interested. He gets paid the same wether he helps me or not. Headed to Napa, where they actually care enough to help. *Update* went down the road to O'Reilly, and the kid cross-referenced the part number and I was on my way! He said they get a lot of customers that try this place first. Seems like they just have low-quality employees at this autozone.

He was patient, the top of his hand got scratched pretty bad as he worked to remove the old bulb. He was kind and courteous, the first guy i asked said “we don’t do that” and he was friendly. Thank you Richard H for helping with my headlight.
