  Even though I was severely frustrated and confused with my current back brakes situation (having just got them replaced back in January, and needing to replace them so soon again), Ryan, the general manager, and service advisor Yoshi were very understanding and worked with me to get them replaced again. I really do appreciate their efforts to save me money. Before beginning any work, the service technician, Cova, took the time to explain to me what issues were causing the squealing/screeching sounds that were coming from my brakes. He was patient enough to show me what my rear brake pads and rotors looked like, allowing me to understand and clear up some of the confusion as to why they were needing replacement so soon. I really appreciate the help I received yesterday, and the speed in which it was given. If I learned anything, it’s to take my car to an auto repair shop and not my sister’s brother-in-law who is a “mechanic”👍

  Staff was friendly and the service was quick. My husband comes here often and referred me to use their services this time around- glad I did. Yoshi was especially pleasant and gave great customer service.

  Just left there after showing up for my 1pm oil change appointment that I had made this morning with Ryan , where I was advised by the gentleman at the counter that they were behind and could not get to my vehicle until 4 or 5 or maybe tomorrow. I understand that things happen , but a courtesy phone call should have been made to me before I changed my whole schedule and day around making this 1pm appointment. Do better Brakes Plus

  so I visited the one At 7601 Laveen and Yoshi is super kind he got my car together quickly and is very polite I definitely appreciate the service Thank you so much.

  My brakes had been in poor condition for an extended period, and I had been somewhat neglectful about it. Therefore, I decided to conduct some research. I ultimately chose Brakes Plus based on their positive reviews, as I am someone who always reads reviews to ensure that consumers are satisfied with the services provided. I made a visit there, and I was attended to immediately without an appointment, as it was a walk-in service, and they addressed my brake needs promptly. The expense was worth every cent because I travel with my family, and it is essential for me to have a vehicle that is safe to drive, given that I transport such precious cargo. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Brakes Plus for employing a wonderful, hardworking, professional, and diligent staff. I will recommend this business to anyone seeking brake repair services. Thank you.
