So I am highly disappointed with my interaction with (as was said, the GM Theresa at this location #211 as an OTR driver I carry doubles and triples tractor trailer’s and because of that I must park off to the side as it is a small store and limited parking. Today 10-11-25 there was a full house and there were no pull through spaces on arrival. Theresa with the purple vest came to my truck and told me I can’t park there and I explained that I wasn’t parking just switching drivers and the lot was full with nowhere for me to park. She said that there were places to park and there is parking for doubles. I told her that I checked that before I stopped to switch and she said other ones are back there. Of course she lied, there were no other doubles present as I had to circle the lot to leave. She then threatened me saying that the sheriff comes every morning to get coffee and he will write me a $1500 ticket for being here so she suggests I leave…. She then walked away harassing other drivers.
After circling the lot I called in to the Pilot and a lady picked up calling herself Theresa. I asked her for the name of the lady with the purple vest on and she said, oh our GM and I said sure. She asked what did I want and I said the GM she asked again what did I want and I said to speak to the GM she hung up the phone. I called back no answer … I called back and a sweet older lady picked up and I asked for the GM and she said one was not there.. well that’s strange so who is the lady in the Purple vest?? Of course it’s Theresa. She then starts loud talking in the background saying I was illegally parked…. However I specifically wanted to talk to the lady in the vest to inform her that there were still no parking spaces for combination vehicles and ask her for future reference where would she like me to park. I was very disappointed with the interaction and want to be contacted ASAP because Theresa pretended to be the GM, she hung up the phone in my face and lied about the parking
