When I called in a panic, knowing the location was about to close, the branch manager Claire immediately put me at ease, assuring me that she would help. Although the location was packed with customers, Claire welcomed every person that walked in and stayed well beyond closing to make sure that everyone had what they needed. I cannot express how kind and efficient she was. As for me, I was out the door quickly in a new vehicle, which was an absolute life saver. If you ever find yourself in need of a rental in the Havasu area, do not hesitate to choose this location, and be sure to ask for the branch manager, Claire.
