Was informed that I couldn’t pick up car because they were closed! What!! Yup! People still working on site but refused to let me pick up a PAID FOR RESERVATION!! Lost my future business.

We even had a reservation placed 2 days in advance and waited 2 hours for pickup, serving people after us at points. Very friendly staff and personable manager but extremely short handed and ruined the schedule I had planned for my day. Also claimed this was a very normal occurrence, if you’re flying in I would recommend grabbing your rental from the airport, they were much quicker and had the car ready before we we’re even in state. After talking with customer service they have another 4 people who were behind us infront of us. Their system allowed 40 reservations for 8am and 20 check-ins at 8am. Sunday being their busiest drop off means their cars are also being cleaned per pick up, making it the process extravagantly slower.
