  Canyon Country installed a Banks Monster RAM intake with new Banks heater grid on my 2017 Ram 2500 turbo diesel. I was lucky enough to find this shop. Trying to install this myself would have been very frustrating and a mistake. They also replaced an exhaust sensor that malfunctioned and was producing a code. I have been annoyed with exhaust emissions codes on this truck. Was thinking of selling it. Bud changed my mind saying it is a great tuck. Just don’t keep driving it the one mile every other day to the golf course. Use a fuel additive and get a golf cart for that short. He said he just saw one for sale with new batteries. I bought it solved all my issues in one day, thanks Bud. Canyon also serviced my transmission, change my coolant. Truck has 113,000 miles on it. Thanks to the mechanic who worked on my truck. Very knowledgeable about diesel engines. I will not go anywhere else to have this truck serviced. Any questions I had were answered. NOTE: If you have a Ram Diesel get the Banks Monster Ram installed by Canyon Country and don’t worry again about heater grid failure. Konrad

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional & Misleading – Especially for Warranty Work We took our newer, high-end RV (still under both manufacturer and extended warranty) to Canyon Country Truck Auto & RV for a slide issue. Before booking, we spoke directly with Bud (the owner) and were very clear: Any slide repair needed to go through warranty We were not approving any out-of-pocket repairs on that issue Bud assured us he works with both the manufacturer and extended warranty companies and was confident he knew exactly how to fix it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Without authorization, they had a technician spend about 6 hours attempting to adjust the slide, and it is now in worse condition than when we brought it in. After that, they tried to charge us for diagnostics, claiming they had attempted to contact the warranty company multiple times with no response. That doesn’t add up—I was able to reach the warranty company immediately with no issue. Even more concerning, we later found out they are not actually a dealer with the manufacturer, despite what we were told. We had additional service work done that we had no issue paying for, but this situation was completely mishandled. Overall experience: Poor communication Unauthorized work performed Misleading information Lack of experience with higher-end RVs If you have a standard vehicle, this may not be an issue—but if you own a high-end coach or need warranty-related repairs, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT TRUST WITH HIGH-END RVs OR WARRANTY WORK We brought our newer, high-end RV (still under manufacturer and extended warranty) to Canyon Country Truck Auto & RV specifically for a slide issue. Before scheduling, we clearly discussed everything with Bud (the owner) and made it very clear: The slide repair must go through manufacturer/extended warranty We were NOT authorizing any out-of-pocket work on the slide Bud assured us multiple times that: He works with the manufacturer He works with extended warranty companies He knew exactly what the issue was and could handle it Based on that, we trusted him and scheduled the service. That was a mistake. Without authorization, they had a mechanic spend 6 hours “adjusting” the slide—and somehow made it WORSE than when we brought it in. Now they expect us to pay for diagnostics because they claim they “called the warranty company and left messages.” That’s simply not accurate. I had no problem getting through to the warranty company immediately, and to make matters worse: 👉 They are NOT a dealer with the manufacturer, despite telling us they were. We had other service items completed that we were happy to pay for, but this situation is completely unacceptable. This comes down to: Misrepresentation Lack of communication Unauthorized work Inexperience with high-end coaches If you have a basic vehicle, maybe they’re fine. But if you own a higher-end RV or need warranty work—DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. They clearly do not have the knowledge, processes, or professionalism required for this level of equipment.

  My only regret is that I can only give 5 stars. I had a problem that I didn't understand with my transmission. Before calling Several "mechanics" who couldn't or wouldn't help me. When I got Bud on the phone he asked intelligent questions, explained what the code I had meant, told me what part It would take to get me back on the road. I brought our coach to Canyon Country, thy ordered the part, installed it and road tested it in record time..
