  I bring my own oil and filter, last 2 times I had them change my oil, they over filled my engine! Maybe they should have some training for how to figure out how to put ONLY 5.4 quarts out of the 6 i bring them. And what about the crush washer being tightened twice in order to drain the excess oil out. Ridiculous! Taking my business elsewhere for sure!!!

  Customer service like this is rare thing in our culture nowadays. The service was amazing, they had genuine care and I will definitely be getting my oil changed here as long as I'm in the Kingman area. Great job, great service. I cannot recall their names now, but the guys working on feb. 28th should all get a raise, even if it's .50 cents an hour, the owner should do this for this kind of excellent service.

  From start to finish, I felt like I was being taken care and that I could trust the team of guys working on my truck which is not the same kind of experience at the dealership; the job they did was very thorough, and it was great to be on the receiving end of it. They were all pleasant to interact with, and Ryan was a wealth of knowledge, he taught me things I didn't know like how to look at my air filter in the light to determine whether it needed replacing or not; if I was the Undercover Boss, I'd give that guy a vacation and a raise!

  Had my oil changed here last week and it was an unusually positive experience. I live in Vegas and am only occasionally in Kingman - having my oil changed here was done on a complete whim; I never have had it changed out of town before. The team, led by Mike, was so kind and helpful that I will make sure my future oil changes align with when I drive through Kingman. Mike was super friendly and demonstrated his honesty and professionalism in encouraging me to locate my Valvoline coupons in my e-mail and reassuring me about the good condition of my air filter. He efficiently explained everything his team was doing at each step. The team clearly got along, respected each other, and enjoyed their work - three different team members took the time to speak with me about my car and even share some earnest, enjoyable small talk. Coming in from a major city, this experience felt like what the small-town/city service and kindness is always said to be. An oil change isn’t the kind of to-do item one expects to lead to a better mood, but here we are. That is what pride in one’s work, team, and community can lead to. A++ service and people at Valvoline in Kingman.
