- TFTina FergusonDec 28, 20255.0If calling the number given for Kingman Enterprise, in order to call that location, you mush also hit * key after phone number when you dial only number, you are sent to call center, and I made my reservation with them only to be told by Kingman worker that I didn't have reservation.. Yet she rented 3 VEHICALS to others, while telling me no VEHICALS available. The location manager was able to get me a vehical while girl caught an aditude. Location manager name of Nick. Great service from him but will never say the same for her .

The car I have had a maintenance light come on last night and I don’t feel comfortable driving it the remaining 1500 miles of my trip. I called Kingman enterprise and they told me to get the car fixed myself…basically asking me to take hours away from my very limited time with my family and my work time. The Kingman enterprise does not care about customers. I’ve documented the issue with my car with roadside assistance and it’s now being escalated…but no thanks to anyone at the Kingman office

- MWMichelle WilliamsNov 22, 20251.0I feel bad about leaving a negative review because the person that was working their when I picked up the car was very nice and helpful but the place charged me for an extra days rental even though I dropped the car off less than 24 hours later. I reserved the car for Friday online and when I made the reservation I selected to drop the car off in Bullhead because the Kingman location would be closed on Saturday. No where did it say I would be charged extra for dropping it off in a different location. Even after I picked up the car they sent me the rental agreement and it says I was going to be charged 1 day for the one way rental. The next day I dropped it off in Bullhead 20 to 30 minutes before it was due. I handed the guy the keys to my car and left. Two days later I get the bill and it says I was charged for two days and that I dropped the car off at 10:21 am on Sunday. They weren't even open on Sunday so I dont even know how that would be possible. Ive called three times now and I keep getting told that I will get a refund but it hasn't happened and its been almost a month now. I also was charged for the damage waiver for 2 days.
