- AАртур ПоліщукFeb 16, 20261.0I had a very disturbing experience at this ONE9 location in Holbrook, AZ. After taking a shower, I walked through the store and left without buying anything. Suddenly, the cashier and two other employees ran outside after me and accused me of stealing a bottle of water from their store. They claimed they saw me on camera, insisted I return inside, and threatened to call the police. I told them the water in my backpack was mine and asked them to show proof. They brought me back into the store and checked their cameras. After reviewing the footage, they confirmed that I did nothing wrong and that I was not the person who stole anything. The only response I received was “ok, you good.” Being falsely accused of theft and chased outside in public is humiliating and completely unacceptable. This situation could have been handled professionally by verifying the facts first before confronting and accusing a customer. I expect better training and professionalism from staff. False accusations like this can seriously damage a person’s reputation and should never happen without clear evidence.

Poorly maintained pumps, and the most expensive gas I’ve seen within 100 miles. Absolutely disgusting here! Trash strewn everywhere and not worth the stop unless you are about to run out of gas like I was… I’ve traveled the country and seen some nasty places, but this one tops the list. Never stopping here again.
