  I’m on a roadtrip, and I desperately needed an oil change. Victor was a stand up guy and helped me with everything. I live on the east coast, but if I’m ever back over here I know where to go! Store 4168 is a quality one!

  I went in for oil change supplies when Take Five informed me they were out of the oil that my car takes. I went to AutoZone Green Valley/Sahuarita area and the staff I encountered was just great. I found what I needed and the manager went above and beyond to help me figure out why my check engine light came on for free. I normally don't take the time to give reviews but I am a firm believer in rewarding great service. I highly recommend this location..

  I would like to leave my review. I have only been there twice. Every time I have been there it’s bad or no customer service. The first time some employee while I was waiting pushing a cart, just almost hits me with it. I wanted to tell him something, something like excuse me. I looked him but he doesn’t say a thing. As the other person that was helping me. He blew me off, so that same guy that almost hits me , he asked me and I told him no the other guy was. So he just left and the guy that I was with finished what he was helping with. It was just bad customer service. Not happy at all. Ok another bad review today, I thought maybe to give it another chance. No more done! I went to check my battery. I see a woman with the machine to check the battery and I tell her I need that as well. She just says oh ok. So w wait. No other person says anything like may I help you or anything so I look on the app. To see how much batteries are cause of course no one helps. Then I see she needs help from another guy worker. As they see me outside by my car. Not one word. The woman knowing that I also needed help with the battery. So I say excuse me I need to check my battery. So they decide who is helping me. The guy comes over and says rudely well you need to shut the car off, I said I know, as I am pulling up the hood for him. I said give me a minute. Them we check it and I just thank you sir to get rid of him. I am done with this auto zone for good in Sahuarita area. I am going to O’Reilly.

  Very helpful and knowledgeable. Always find this place a bit busy, but not excessive.

  Great service. I bought a headlight bulb and Cody replaced it for me on the spot, no pretense, free of charge. I was floored. Thanks Auto Zone, and thank you Cody!
