  Great attention to detail. This Valvoline shop has technicians verify critical steps and torque values for each other. I saw a very disciplined and efficient team. My truck was in and out quickly.

  I live in the Avondale area and kept getting coupons to come to this new location and who doesn't want or need a deal in the messed up economy. So I went in right before close on Mar. 6 and got an oil change. I requested a new air filter but for once in my lifetime that didn't have one. But the 25$ off coupon along with 20% off kept me in the bay. They even suggested that I need to get a radiator flush....total came out to a little over $200. Fast forward to yesterday, driving down the 10 and my car begins to sputter. Thank goodness I wasn't too far from home and was able to make it down McDowell back home. I just recently became friends with my neighbor across the street whose a mechanic and told him I think my transmission is going out which wouldn't normally happen on my car, a 2018 Kia....in pretty good shape. He immediately looked at the oil and showed me it was well below the low line and had ran out. He put some oil in for me and car began to run normal again. He said keep an eye on it. I went to Valvoline today about 145 to talk to them and see why there wasn't any oil.....the young man said I'm sorry about this, it look like the oil filter needs to be changed, we'll take care of this and change the oil real quick. My apologies. 2 secs later he says Ma'am, your oil is completely full and I don't believe we've done anything to mess up your car. I tell him you think I'm trying to play you and I'm not. This is my only transportation for me and my 3 children for school and work. I tell them to close my hood and I'll take my care elsewhere. I take it to Goodyear Auto Service on Indian School and Dysart which is who I previously gotten oil changes from. They show me the crudy black oil that hasn't been changed....they also show me a new oil filter that was missing a seal. They say there's no way my car has recently had an oil change. So to you Valvoline, stop messing up people's cars for profit. And I will be seeking further assistance to make sure you don't. I would leave a 0 of I could.
