He actually came out to my workplace to fix my car personally, taking full ownership of a mistake he didn't even make. Mike is a rare leader and a massive asset to this company!"

  Life is full of decisions. With that said if a person is parked in one bay of their choosing it should not be a practice to ask the other customer to swap places simply, because they were at the facility first. Everyone has a choice of which bay to pick, and it sometimes will be in their favor. Leave the order as is, and accommodate lanes for just oil changes allowing those customer to flow quickly. Also no break down of service on bill just a flat rate is odd. The price of oil is not as high as the priced charged for service. Please show the full breakdown including the labor charge. Otherwise this just represents a overcharge of supplies.

  The service and people was good. However, the $180 i was charged for a simple oil and air filter change was the reason for my dissatisfaction. Also, when I informed the service rep about the coupon I wanted to use, I was told that I could because I did not have a bar code. I got the coupon from the valvoline website and when I got the text and email no bar code was included. I have never paid $180 for a simple oil change. If that is the price for an oil change at valvoline. I will never return. Thank you!

  The customer service was outstanding!!! I have had my oil changed at this location several times and this experience was exceptional!!!! Everyone seemed happy to be at work, the communication with me regarding my car needs was clear, all of my questions were answered and I felt like I wasn’t a nuisance for asking. I was met with friendly, kind mechanics and I have already recommended this location to my family!

  Well congratulations Mike you have lost a customer due to negligence. I thought you would do the right thing but I guess not. Long story short I will no longer give this place any kind of business. If you want your car or truck damaged by their technicians and then have them blame you for it, come to this place they'll take Good care of you. The first time I came here they forgot the oil drain bolt washer. And my last time going to this place The technician went to put my air filter back into the air filter tray and was jamming on the clips trying to get it to clip shut as I watched him do this I asked if I could come around and see they told me yes. I got out of my truck walked around to find out that he broke the clip off of my air filter tray because the air filter was put in upside down................ When he realized the mistake he told me he has to put it back in I am not allowed to because his boss is watching. Then they tried to blame me for it, Mike told me he would look at the videos to verify that the technician was being forceful with my air filter drawer and he would call me back to get it replaced I have not heard anything back. So y'all can have this Google review for breaking stuff on my truck and not making it right for the customer. Sad world when a business would rather blame the customer instead of making it right over a $50 part hope it was worth it.
