  Very professional group working here. They inspected the car with care and skill detecting a fuel tank leak, a potentially very serious problem that could have resulted in a catastrophic fuel fire. Due to their thorough inspection that detected this serious condition, I was able to locate and quickly get the required repairs avoiding potential a incident. The crew was polite and professional showing genuine empathy when describing what they had found. I highly recommend Valvoline, and their team.of professionals.

  I had a 25% coupon that was expiring soon and I needed an oil change. Unfortunately, I went on a Saturday and the wait was outrageous with about 4 cars waiting in every line. After waiting about 20 minutes with hardly any movement, I decided to come back another day. When I did, the coupon was expired by 3 days. They didn’t want to honor it. The attendant said I could go to the website and look for one, which I did, but after paying, I noticed that he had a stack of $10 off coupons right by the register which he did NOT offer. I wish I could remember his name. He was very rude.

  SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Our son took his 2025 Toyota Tacoma in on Sunday November 30, 2025. This was the vehicle’s first oil change and he needed to get it done before heading to work early on Monday morning. He brought the truck home after service was complete. I went out later in the evening to move the truck and as soon as I pulled onto the street, there was a horrible sound coming from the engine area. I shut the truck off as quickly as possible and got out to investigate. What I was saw just beyond belief. The truck dumped oil in about a 30-40’ path in the right hand lane. Not just a little oil, all of it. I phoned AAA to have them tow it to the Dealer for further inspection, in the event there is engine damage. In the meantime, I went to Fry’s and purchased 50lbs of Kitty Litter to try and clean up what was dumped. It soaked up the puddles by the curb but the road is stained beyond belief. The kicker…when the two truck driver was putting the truck onto the flatbed, he reached down to place the tow hooks and handed me the oil unattached filter, which was now resting on the skid plate. Clearly, it had not been tightened properly, thus resulting in over 6 qts of oil being dumped into the road. I called the store but have not heard a word back. I also filed a complaint with their Corporate office. I want the street cleaned professionally, as well as any damages/costs incurred due to this negligence. Save yourself the aggravation. We’ve learned a valuable lesson and will be using the Toyota Dealer for maintenance moving forward.
