- AAAndres1 day ago1.0I usually do my own oil change but had no time so I took my car in for an oil change brought in my own oil and oil filter 3,000 miles later I’m doing the oil change and the oil filter is on there tight i guess these guys have no idea what they’re doing should of known better after I went and asked if I could get some air on one of my bike tires and the guy said the air cars and bike tires take are different went right across to fire stone and they had no issue letting me get air. And before they try to lie I attached the picture of the filter and reminder sticker they provide

From the friendly welcome and attentiveness of Alberto to the suburb customer support by manager, Mike. Very informative, respectful and kind. The service was genuine and thorough. Even all the other staff we didn’t have the opportunity to meet appeared to enjoy their job, and also show excellent customer service. Thank you all for being amazing!

- SDState DemoNov 2, 20251.01.did not replace valve cap 2.lied about having fuel filter in stock (drove to store to get one) making oil change longer. 3.tech dropped dip stick on floor didn’t wipe it off, pulled out funnel dripped oil on engine, threw second funnel on floor when it wasn’t needed, another “tech” replacing oil filler line into base beside my vehicle let it go and the recoil splashed oil on the side of my truck, hand prints oil and diesel all over engine bay and front/side of truck, oil drops on my driveway from nothing being wiped down.
