- ADArt DuarteNov 9, 20251.0Today was horrible. No ice at Soda fountains. So I thought I'll get a soda and take home and put ice from my fridge. We'll both Sodas wer completely flat. Top it off hot dog buns were hard. The loud screaming girl at the register didn't help anything. In her head she thinks she's helping but being loud and demanding isn't good customer service. I have never experienced anything like this at a QT

The receipt paper is never loaded in to the pumps so when you want a receipt at the pump it is impossible. I go here do to the close proximity to my home, but I would prefer to go the Estrella location. Still a 4 star location. The Air works all the time The store is new The staff is friendly The store is fully stocked all the time.
