Can’t comment on the chargers because although there were supposedly two available, I couldn’t access them because they are so crammed together that the other cars blocked access to the available ones. Drove down I-10 East to Circle K on 67th (Exit 137) and easily charged there. And Circle K doesn’t charge higher prices during daylight hours.
