Unfortunately one of the most consistent issues I have with this location is their inability to stick to reservation times and overall long waiting times with regards to getting vehicles and leaving. The staff is always polite and helpful when they're not swamp but the sheer number of customers.

I was really sad to be without my convertible during peak convertible season but Brooke got me into a convertible within my budget. She made the process really easy and was super friendly. I had a flat tire on the car and she helped me out with that as well. I will definitely be looking to rent with Enterprise next time I travel!

There are several employees here adding zero value to the customer service experience. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to pick up a vehicle if you have a reservation. The lady hardly ever answers the phone. She likes to place customers on hold and then disconnect the call without speaking. The manager for this site should be fired. On a Friday afternoon, there was only one person helping customers with rentals. The men were not doing much other than chatting amongst themselves and trying to act as if they are doing work. Do not ever rent a car from this place; the customer service is atrocious and the work ethic of the employees is atrocious.

First thing on a Saturday morning I expected grumpy and tired employees. Brooklyn was the exact opposite even dealing with not so pleasant customers and a shortage of cars, she was so pleasant and helpful. Nothing but smiles and courtesy. She should be the corporate trainer! Thank you Enterprise and THANK YOU BROOKLYN!
