  Monthly service is good if you go by least 4 times a month. Half the vacuumes dont work. Roll the dice on available towels, and you wont always get an air freshener which is included in your package. They have a high employee turnover.

  After an absolutely poor car wash that did a terrible job of removing dust and dirt, we were greeted with a pile of dirty towels and vacuums with no suction. For the price we paid, this was a terrible experience.

  I wish I could give zero stars. Paid $16 for my car to still be dirty, for the vacuums to have barely any suctions, and to use dirty towels to try and remove the dirt the car wash didn't get off. I will not be back.

  I truly want to give this location five stars because the staff here are absolutely wonderful. They consistently go above and beyond, are friendly, helpful, and make every visit a positive experience. Their customer service is the main reason I’ve remained a loyal member. That said, there are several ongoing maintenance and equipment issues that have me questioning whether I should continue my Dash membership if they aren’t addressed. There was damage to several vacuum stalls around August 2025, and some of the covers are still missing. With warmer weather approaching, this could become a bigger safety and usability concern. Additionally, the vacuums located along the building have had very weak suction for quite some time now, which makes it difficult to properly clean my vehicle. I’ve also noticed that the soap and water dispensing during the wash cycle is very weak, and the brushes are no longer cleaning my car effectively in a single cycle. Most concerning, however, is the significant delay in releasing vehicles at the end of the wash. This feels like a potential liability and increases the risk of vehicle damage to myself or others. I’m really hoping someone at the corporate level sees this review and takes it into consideration. I genuinely enjoy using this location, largely because of the outstanding staff, and I would hate to cancel my membership over issues that seem repairable with proper attention.
