  My oil change light came on this morning before I started heading to work. Already I was hesitant to go back to this store due to prior oil changes and alignment work, but it was right by my place of work. Roughly 2 hours later I get the call that my oil change is done and head there during my break. Upon entering the store to pick up my vehicle I’m greeted by Micheal who I had spoken to on the phone. During said phone call, he had informed me about some work that could be done on the vehicle; particularly the replacement of the Tie Rod Ends on the front of my Car. The problem with this is, I had just replaced those exact Tie Rod Ends on both sides of my car 2-3 months prior. I asked Micheal for more clarification inside the store. I pointed to the vehicle anatomy diagram inside the store to make sure Micheal and me were on the same page and asked, “This is the part that needs to be replaced?” Micheal responded with, “Yup”. I further clarified, “And this needs to be replaced because it’s old?” Micheal responded with another, “Yup”. I paid for my oil change and left. This place is either full of crooks or incompetent mechanics and will never be visiting this store again.

  Called for a price on full synthetic oil change for my suv and they refused to give me a price until they saw my car in person! How weird!

  James, Michael, DJ, & Johnny! excellent communication, customer service, and results - great business. I’ve brought my car in twice, left with a smile and a fixed car both times. no need to look around, GO HERE!

  This is the best mechanic shop we have used in the West valley. Ever since we found out they do more than brakes, we have used them for all repairs.

  Long time customer of Brakes Plus but this store has the rudest service manager That I have ever met! First I had to ask for a reciept to review the charges as I have owned a repair show prior to retiring. As soon as I questioned the charges and how they douple charged us on two items, he became ballerina and started shouting at me. It was the oddest thing as I didn't raise my voice at all and he immediately throw us out of the store for asking about the charges. I will never go back to this store again and the one on Dysart and I-10 has always been fair in their pricing defiantly avoid the Goodyear store unless you like being overcharged and do not question the double pricing.
