I got an alignment done on my BMW and the next day i saw my steering wheel was extremely crooked and lots of new dash lights came on. They were closed on Sunday so I had to miss work on Monday to go back and have them fix. After an hour and a half, they tried to hand me my keys and shoo me away without telling me what was wrong or why they had to test drive it twice. No offer for a partial refund and I had to ask what even happened. And they just blamed it on it being a BMW and how their computers are tricky. They did fix at no charge but this was an extreme inconvenience for me and no apologies or explanations. Do better please
