  Cannot thank Cristina and her staff for the personal care. My car needed to go through another time. They are so very respectful and pleasant, an obvious asset to your company. This will be using this car wash. Thank you for a great experience.

  I’ve recently discovered this car wash and I’ve fallen in love with it! Super easy and clean, the associates are so friendly as well! Onyx helped me out today and they were a doll, will continue coming back for their services!

  Do not get a membership here. They mess up your billing then there is no one to get ahold of to fix it. They double charged me then took my vehicle off my account so I couldn't even wash my truck. I submitted a request for someone to contact me but never heard back. This place is a ripoff.

  I gave it a four not because of the service, the car wash attendant Onyx is always smiling and helpful. My wife and I go at least once a week and Onyx always has a smile. The four stars is because the air blowers they used to have are no longer working. They said it was the generator and it is supposed to be fixed but they said they doubt it will because it’s been that way for a while.

  Onyx made the car wash drive through wash so seamless and easy! Truly a delightful person, and I will for sure be coming back and getting a membership because of them! They were patient to explain the different types of car wash upgrades as well. Great and genuinely helpful customer service is hard to come by these days, but Onyx is a clear exception ❤️
