Do not get a membership here. They mess up your billing then there is no one to get ahold of to fix it. They double charged me then took my vehicle off my account so I couldn't even wash my truck. I submitted a request for someone to contact me but never heard back. This place is a ripoff.
Only cause the vacuuming works, but keep in mind that's free. Overall 2 stars because the interior is great. That's self-service. The actual wash itself left many streaks. They didn't scrub any of the top so Hood top of vehicle windshield didn't get touched but sprayed. My windshield wipers had to actually take care of the residue. Would not recommend there's another location for car washing nearby. Check that one out. Update emailed as requested and no reply, so much for the trust -anothrr star!!

This place has seriously gone downhill and it shows. every vacuum station I tried either didn’t work or was completely missing. It’s ridiculous, especially for how expensive this car wash is. Bathrooms are disgusting. There’s absolutely no excuse for this level of neglect. Management clearly doesn’t care. Save your money and avoid this location at all costs..

I went on Sunday to get a car wash and there were many scratches on my car after going through the car wash I was told by one of the employees that I’d hear back in three days from the manager and this was on a Sunday. I went in on a Wednesday and the manager wasn’t there. The person at the counter said that the manager forgets a lot and that’s excusable because he has ADHD and he comes and goes whenever he wants to so good luck getting a hold of him. The manager just called me today and said that for camera angles showed that there were scratches on my brand new car before it went into the car wash. I didn’t get a solution. I didn’t get an apology for them not getting back to me. I didn’t get anything.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now. When it first opened, everything was great—clean, well-maintained, and all equipment was working properly.
Lately, though, the condition has noticeably declined. On multiple visits, several vacuums haven’t been working, and the air hose is either missing or not functioning. There are also no signs indicating that equipment is being repaired, which makes it feel like these issues aren’t being addressed.
As a Dash Pass member, I expect a better level of upkeep. I’m hoping management can get this location back to the standard it had when it first opened, because it really was a great spot.
