  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline for my oil change. From the moment I pulled up to the time I drove away, the entire process took less than 20 minutes — incredibly fast and efficient. Manager Robert and the whole team provided exceptional service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly without any pressure and kept the service moving quickly while still being thorough. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone needing an oil change!

  Rayce was so great! Asked if I needed any of the recommended services, didn’t push for anything else & was very kind/ friendly! I came in pretty close to close and was still greeted with amazing service, another man named Jake worked on the oil change & got me out of there so speedy! :)

  5/5 stars for Mayson and his team as well as everyone else inside that shop but 0/5 stars for Mickey! Each bay was having friendly contests on what team could be the most productive at the task they had at hand and from what I saw everyone absolutely killed it, stayed on task, had good communication with each other, and was safe besides Mickey. For the 10 out of 15 minutes I was there all I could hear was Mickey laying into this kid while he’s working, very unsafe to be taking away the attention of someone that’s got their hands on a tool that’s actively using it and shame on Mickey for not using her manager position to her advantage and pulling him aside and having a normal conversation with him. Your crews performance is a direct reflection on the leadership above them and in the instances I saw I personally think everyone was 10x more productive when governing themselves. These kids are among a small percentage of the population that actually clock in, earn their check, and take pride in the quality of their work and that’s why I go out of my way just to go to this specific location. Instead of publicly disciplining one of your employees in front of the whole shop after a mistake, go about it a different way and teach them in a way they’ll retain it or check on them to make sure everything’s okay. I guarantee the only thing that’s going to be on that kids mind for the rest of the day is the altercation Mickey initiated and it’s hard to stay on task and do your job like you now how to do after a situation like that. Hats off to the teams that developed a process amongst themselves to be proficient and make work fun for everyone (I think you guys already know what I’m going to say) besides Mickey. I hope Mickey’s boss invest some money in some leadership training or Mickey takes notes from these kids on how to be a respected contributing member to your peers.

  Valvoline has been my go-to oil change shop for the past 2-3 years. They are quick and efficient. Kind and helpful. Never pushy with services. I was there yesterday and my car battery died during my oil change (my car was showing signs of a weak battery before) and they were not pushy with selling me a battery. Immediately jumped my car for me and told me to check if it was under warranty wherever I purchased it and tried to find a date on the battery for me. It was not still under warranty where I originally bought it so I ended up getting a new battery with Valvoline. It was quick and came with a 3 year warranty. Again they were not pushy about the battery. I have also stopped in for tire pressure checks and they are always kind/friendly! Thank you bunches to the team at the Happy Valley location!

  Waited an hour for an oil change, was waiting in line for about 20 minutes then they asked us to pull out and guy that got there 2 minutes ago pull into our spot. We then waited another 20 minutes and we were told “oh ya sorry i was on my lunch break i don’t really know what’s going on i guess it was a mistake” Called them asking about this and got hung up on when trying to explain what happened
