Being a girl it’s hard to know what’s wrong or right when it comes to a vehicle lol but I always feel secure with the recommendations they provide! For the services like transmission flush, I do wish they would change the filters fully instead of just flushing the fluid. It would save me a trip to the dealership or any other mechanic! - FTFred TormeyDec 16, 20255.0I wanted to take a moment to commend your employees for their patience and excellent customer service. I brought my truck in to have the battery replaced. There was an issue where the bolt holding the battery in place was rusted and snapped off when they tried to remove it. Two of your employees, Ally and a gentleman who I unfortunately did not get his name, spent an extremely long amount of time and effort attempting to resolve the issue for me. I felt bad taking up so much of their time and tying up one of your service bays while they worked to resolve the issue. I want to say that they went well above and beyond in their efforts, and that they were extremely patient and courteous during the entire time, as frustrating as it must have been. I apologize for not getting the gentleman's name, but I am hoping that Ally can provide it so that they both are recognized for their great service. They both represented your company in a fantastic manner, and I will be referring friends and family your way. They made a frustrating situation bearable.
