- JNJust Happened To NoticeJun 18, 20255.0We rented a Penske vehicle for the second time from this Home Depot location in Surprise AZ. The girl who assisted us was totally customer service oriented. She knew her business and saved us over $200. Will probably only go back to this location
- JEJessicah EnsleyJun 7, 20251.0I initially made a reservation to rent a 26 foot truck from penske. I revised the reservation to a 22 foot truck. When changing the reservation I confirmed I DID NOT want a lift gate on the truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was informed I would be charged an additional $150 deposit that would be refunded based on mileage and condition of the truck upon return. After paying the fees I was taken to complete the inspection of the truck. It had a lift gate which is not remotely functional. I was sent to another penske location twenty five minutes away. I then waited another thirty minutes while the woman at the desk tried to resolve the issues with my contract and find a truck without a lift. Unfortunately they did not have any 22 foot trucks available and I had to take a 26 foot. The also did not include the dolly a paid. Now I do not have a way to move my washer and dryer. Overall I wasted two hours of my time when I should have been moving. I'm honestly afraid to see what the drop off process and inspection will look like. I will never rent from Penske again.
