I just want to say how impressed and happy I am with the service and installation at Ledezma’s Electronics. I found them by searching for electronic stores near me and they were the first one that popped up. Like most people, I always check reviews before trying a new place—especially since this was for my Ram 1500, which I’m super protective of. I wanted to upgrade my factory stereo to one with CarPlay, but I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed. I went in kind of clueless, but the guys there were really helpful and knew their stuff. I also mentioned that my truck has the OEM reverse camera in the rearview mirror, and I wanted to make sure that upgrading the stereo wouldn’t mess with it. Not only did they make sure everything still worked, but they even connected the camera to show up on the new Kenwood screen, which I wasn’t expecting. That was a huge plus. They got the whole setup done that same day, and I was surprised they even finished earlier than expected. When I picked it up, they walked me through how everything worked and explained what they had done, which I appreciated. They also packed up my original stereo neatly in the Kenwood box with all the packaging, and didn’t splice any wires, which shows how clean and professional the install was. I was so happy with the results that I actually went back to have subs and an amp added. They helped me figure out a full setup that gave me the louder sound and bass I was looking for without going overboard. Everything turned out great. What really stood out to me is how much they actually care about their work and their customers. It’s a family-owned business, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for any kind of audio or electrical upgrades.

DO NOT GO HERE! They suck, customer service is non existent! I’ve brought multiple vehicles here and within a month I had to go back to get them “fixed” then after fixing them within a week it got worse I’ve spent thousands getting my systems for them to just go out and basically they take no accountability for their horrible service! When I tried to asks them to take a look a third time they wouldn’t even listen or look at it. This was all within 2 months of getting them originally! Id highly recommend you take your business somewhere else!

I'm going to be honest with you Everything that was installed was backwards and wrong All the sounds for my bass and system are off The left side is connected to the right side The whole system sounds terrible. I've been here 3 times to fix my cars problems and they don't care or do quality sound check.. If you want to be sold some bad equipment & have terrible customer service this is the shop to waste your money at. I appreciate you guys for hustling me and teaching me a lesson
