I wanted to upgrade my factory stereo to one with CarPlay, but I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed. I went in kind of clueless, but the guys there were really helpful and knew their stuff. I also mentioned that my truck has the OEM reverse camera in the rearview mirror, and I wanted to make sure that upgrading the stereo wouldn’t mess with it. Not only did they make sure everything still worked, but they even connected the camera to show up on the new Kenwood screen, which I wasn’t expecting. That was a huge plus. They got the whole setup done that same day, and I was surprised they even finished earlier than expected. When I picked it up, they walked me through how everything worked and explained what they had done, which I appreciated.
