- DIDalton IveyDec 10, 20255.0Man...talk about above and beyond. These guys were close to closing and I just had my tires valve stem snap on me. I called them and asked if they could fix it. Not only did they fix it they told me it was on the house. Now communication was an issue for a second since they didn't have the tool to unscrew my tire pressure sensor so I told them I'd pay for a new one. Short story is one guy got confused and didn't put a new one on. New guy didn't know that but I can't blame him it all was confusing. Great guys, great service. Loved the quickness with everything.

- DCDomo ChristianNov 17, 20251.0If I could do no stars I absolutely would. I set an appointment for first thing in the morning, was told my tire replacement would take 2 hours max. I didn't receive my car back until the end of day. What's the point in making an appointment when they don't honor the appointment. I even called ahead to make sure they had the tires needed. Also just a PSA to any LYFT or UBER drivers; I over heard the old guys behind the counter talking about how they make ride share drivers wait even if they make appointments cause they don't get the same money from them. This place should be closed down or a clean sweep of employees. I wish the ride share app wouldn't suggest this location. Lack of professionalism is crazy
