- DCDomo Christian6 days ago1.0If I could do no stars I absolutely would. I set an appointment for first thing in the morning, was told my tire replacement would take 2 hours max. I didn't receive my car back until the end of day. What's the point in making an appointment when they don't honor the appointment. I even called ahead to make sure they had the tires needed. Also just a PSA to any LYFT or UBER drivers; I over heard the old guys behind the counter talking about how they make ride share drivers wait even if they make appointments cause they don't get the same money from them. This place should be closed down or a clean sweep of employees. I wish the ride share app wouldn't suggest this location. Lack of professionalism is crazy

They explained things to me, were so patient when i was asking questions and were honest when they said the work I needed they could not provide at that location. I even live 20 minutes away but I'm coming here for all my needs from now on!! GREAT TEAM!!!!

Took over 15 minutes strolling around, taking his time & doing other things before even checking me in. Then asked what service I wanted,I told him it's listed under my appointment. He & the man beside him let me know they were not honoring my appointment & I had to wait behind "4 vehicles left from last night". I told them I had an appointment & the point was NOT to be treated like a walk-in. They refused to do that & expected me to wait. This appointment was already made& confirmed via a Goodyear Customer service person 2 days ago who called directly to this location to confirm. Very dismissive, no apologies or anything for wasting my time to come over here not to mention, not getting the service I had an appointment to get! First time coming to Goodyear, LAST time coming to Goodyear!
